4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:

A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India
Your physical or electronic signature
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files legal action within a reasonable time period.
5. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to:
Remove infringing content
Suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers
Restrict access without prior notice
As The Outpost Network is a private community, access may be revoked at our discretion.
6. Good Faith Requirement
Submitting false claims of copyright infringement may result in liability under applicable law.
All notices must be submitted in good faith.
7. Global Applicability
Although situated in New Delhi, India, The Outpost Network operates globally.
