The Outpost Network is a private, invite-only online community situated in New Delhi, India, and operating globally. Access is restricted to approved members who receive an invitation or authorization.

We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access at our sole discretion.

To use the Platform, you must:

All content shared by members is user-generated content.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of content you post. However, by posting content on The Outpost Network, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to:

  • Distribute

Such rights are solely for the purpose of operating and maintaining the Platform.

You represent that:

  • You own or have rights to the content you post
  • Your content does not violate any third-party rights

6. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

We collect and process information necessary to operate the Platform, including account information and usage data.

7. Intellectual Property

All Platform content excluding user-generated content, including but not limited to:

  • Software components

are the property of The Outpost Network or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any part of the Platform without prior written consent.

8. Invite-Only Access & Confidentiality

Because The Outpost Network is a private, invite-only community:

  • Access is not guaranteed.
  • Invitations are non-transferable.
  • Community discussions may contain confidential or sensitive information.

Members are expected to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other members and community discussions.

Unauthorized sharing of private discussions outside the Platform may result in termination of access.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time if:

  • You violate these Terms
  • You engage in harmful conduct
  • Your presence threatens community integrity
  • We discontinue the Platform

You may stop using the Platform at any time.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content shared by members is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or technical advice.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Outpost Network shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of data
  • Loss of profits
  • Damages resulting from user conduct

Your use of the Platform is at your own risk.

12. Global Use

Although situated in New Delhi, India, The Outpost Network operates globally.

Users accessing the Platform from outside India are responsible for complying with their local laws.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in New Delhi, India.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
